I hate to ever give a 1 star review but I was unable to use the app. It asked me to register my phone number but kept getting "Incorrect Phone Number" so I tried to register for an account and the same message came up. In the end it wouldn't let me into the app.

Everything is in a different language like Japanese or something. No option for English. And so many bugs. Wish I would of never purchased this printer!!

i use it for xprinter 420b thermal print for printing A6size pdf file, and the cache of app is stuck sometime, if file name same with previous deleted file, it will print the previous file in app, and i cannot find that old file in my file manager to delete ...
