I downloaded this app to use with my new Picun F6 Headphones. It took me a little time to figure out how to register and login. I had to use Google Translate on the main screen and then again in the e-mail confirmation to complete the verification. Once logged in I was able to connect the headphones. It has some additional features like White Noise and EQ settings which really help bring out the best sound. It's also nice to have visual adjustment for the 3D Spatial Sound settings.

really don't get why they even bothered advertising their app on the box when it doesn't even work for my picun F2. I've tried making an account, reconnecting to my Bluetooth, restarting the headphones, unpairing the headphones, restarting my phone and reinstalling the app but whenever I open the app it either doesn't find it for some reason or it keeps telling me it already exists which doesn't do anything for me.

I have two different Picun headphones. first of all they were very difficult to pair with the app. when I finally managed to pair them after uninstalling them from my phone and then reinstalling them I finally got both headphones. Once I got one headphone hooked up I went to go hook up the other one and I couldn't disconnect the first one and when I finally did it wouldn't connect to the second one. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall the app to get it to pair with the second headphones.
