1. Real-time monitoring of battery status and abnormality alarms
High-precision sensors collect key battery parameters, display the following data in real time, and trigger graded alarms:
(1) SOC (remaining power): percentage display, low battery (<15%) red alarm.
(2) Voltage monitoring:

Statistical law analysis: Generate daily/weekly/monthly charge and discharge reports, and mark abnormal events (such as the number of overcharges and high-temperature periods).
Intelligent assessment of user habits, for example:
"Frequent charging in low-temperature environments, it is recommended to move indoors."
"Discharge to undervoltage before charging, it is recommended to maintain the 20%-80% range to extend life."
Improvement suggestions: Provide personalized operation guidance based on historical data to optimize battery usage efficiency. 3. Intelligent tool management
(1) Directional search function
Accurate identification: Use Bluetooth 5.3 technology to locate the tool in real time (accuracy <1 meter).
One-click paging: Click the "Search" button in the App and the tool will beep. The closer the distance, the faster the beep.
(2) Sensor lock safety protection
Automatic lock when away: When the tool is disconnected from the mobile phone Bluetooth and exceeds the distance (such as the operator leaves the safe area), the following protections are automatically triggered:
