Digital key is unreliable at best. It sometimes works but usually takes ages. Stood at the door holding my phone to it and nothing happens then all of a sudden it unlocks after standing there for over a minute. While this is annoying it's made worse when you have to use this in other areas such as in the lift which won't work until it recognises it. Not to mention if you have no signal the key doesn't work at all.

Pointless app. It took me at least 2 attempts to register each guest's name, the UI was so awkward. Upon arrival at the hotel, the app said that my room wasn't ready, despite it being 2 hours later than check-in time. This turned out not to be the case when I approached reception. Not sure what this app is for - profiling? Up-selling? A cyber scam? Nothing in the user's interest, anyway.

Loved how modern this hotel is and appreciated the helpful staff. Located across the road from a park and a 20 minute walk from the Van Gogh museum. Controller for curtains and lights a nice touch but using an HDMI device like an Amazon Firestick is difficult to plug in. There is a Google Cast to stream to, however.
