Got to hotel, tried to use digital key in the lift to get to room. Wouldn't work, had to go back down and queue at reception. Don't offer digital solutions if they don't work.

options selection don't work, and there is a long delay when going between pages

Digital key is unreliable at best. It sometimes works but usually takes ages. Stood at the door holding my phone to it and nothing happens then all of a sudden it unlocks after standing there for over a minute. While this is annoying it's made worse when you have to use this in other areas such as in the lift which won't work until it recognises it. Not to mention if you have no signal the key doesn't work at all.
