About this app

This application is a test version of the application "Osaka City Nursing Care Certification Survey App" for conducting surveys for certification of long-term care needs. It is used to check the operation before actually using it for business.
The functions and compatible models are the same as the "Osaka City Nursing Care Certification Survey App", but since the expiration date is set, it will not be available after the set period.


You can enter basic survey items and special notes in the accreditation survey and submit them electronically.


It can be used on tablets with a size of 10 inches or more.
Smartphones and tablets smaller than 10 inches cannot be used.


This application is free. There is no charge for viewing each information (a separate communication fee will be charged when downloading the application and submitting it electronically).
