About this app

uraTracker is the workforce app for residential care providers: group homes, supported-living programs and similar services. It gives Direct Support Professionals, House Managers, Program Managers, Area Directors and HR one place for the schedule, the time clock, timesheets, leave, mileage and team communication.

uraTracker is for organizations that have a uraTracker account. Staff are invited by their employer and sign in with the email and password they set up. Organizations can get started at uratracker.com.

FOR STAFF
- See your shifts by week and by month, with the program for each one, and get a reminder before a shift starts

- Clock in and out from your phone. Your location is captured only at clock-in and clock-out, so your employer can confirm you were on site

- Review and submit your timesheet each pay period and watch your hours add up

- Request time off, see your leave balances and follow an FMLA case

- Log mileage for approved trips and submit it for reimbursement

- Message your team, read announcements and receive urgent alerts that escalate until someone responds

FOR MANAGERS AND OWNERS

- Build and publish schedules by program and see who is clocked in right now
- Approve or send back timesheets, review time adjustment requests and run pay periods
- Manage leave policies, balances and requests
- Review and approve mileage
- Keep staff records, roles and documents in one place, and recruit and onboard new hires
- Run open or moderated group channels, send alerts and see who has acknowledged them

PRIVACY
uraTracker collects only what the app needs to run: your profile, your clock-in and clock-out location, your hours, and the messages and files you send.

Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers, and there are no ads. You can request deletion of your account from My Profile in the app or at scheduler.uratracker.com/account-deletion.
