It's sooooo painfully slow every time I use it. It lags so that if I select something more than once, it brings me to something else that I didn't want, then I have to wait a very long time for that to load before I can go back and start the process all over again. This is why I rarely use the app, and whenever possible, try to use the desktop computer when using the library website.

slower than molasses in January - cannot select a preferred library or add a physical library card (only a virtual card that you cannot use in the library because app won't link to your account...) or do much of anything because it sits and spins for ten+ minutes until it crashes or times out...

This is the absolute worst app😩 it usually crashes, but on the few rare occasions it does "work", it's SO super slow that it takes a ridiculous amount of time to request a book, and then if I'm lucky enough to get the book requested, it immediately crashes. Not fun👎
