I still have a few thousand dollars invested (used to have more, but I put my money elsewhere as soon as it's available). I put it all in the auto investor account, where they choose the loans for you. Every single loan is currently invested in is either in default or extended (to try and avoid a default). So I'm currently at risk of losing several times more money than I ever made. Do yourself a favor and invest in literally anything else.

It's pushing about 3 weeks now, can't withdraw my money and reaching out to customer support is a dead end. I called once and got through, haven't had that sort of luck since. You call the number and it makes you leave a voicemail. Only means of contact is via E-mail, as if waiting days for a response is convenient. I liked this app quite a bit at one point due to the ease of "set it and forget it", informative UI & account management. Now, I want my money and to run as far away as possible.

I loved it, but I have not been able to log into my account in over a week. I keep getting error messages. I've forced stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled, manually entered my login info, and used the saved biometric login all to no avail. What is the problem? I'm not even able to use the contact support option shown on the login screen as it doesn't do anything.
