I have tried numerous times to install the app from the Google store and I cannot get it to connect. I am given the opportunity to select the districts that I want notifications on, but once I select "continue", the app closes. Please help!

Henrico has REALLY done their homework and produced an amazing app! It looks great and functions perfectly! Very helpful information that points me in the right direction to handle my personal affairs with the county and my children love that the parks are highlighted. Awesome Job Henrico! Other localities, take notes!

Useless. Just an app with a series of web links. Want to pay your water bill? Good luck... Under the Pay option, all of the named links are jacked up. Click on "Pay Utility Bill" and it takes you to the "Traffic Violation" page. Worthless.

Thank you for your feedback, our latest update 1.2 fixes the links in the Services by category section. If you need to transition to our website we do our best to make sure it's a great mobile experience. For Pay a Utility Bill we do currently use a third party service that also provides a mobile optimized experience.
