Developed by the world's top-selling electric trolley brand, the Motocaddy mobile app is a free to use GPS rangefinder that utilises the world’s #1 database of GPS-enabled golf courses to provide key distances, hazard information and hole data for over 40,000 golf courses worldwide.

The latest app version has been completely redesigned and now includes a host of visual and user enhancements, lifesaving AED & CPR features (available in the UK & Ireland only), plus statistical tracking to help golfers gain further insight into their game.

The Motocaddy GPS app has also been developed to allow pairing with any Motocaddy 'CONNECT' trolley model via a Bluetooth® connection on a compatible smartphone; allowing the trolley's screen to display front, middle and back distances to the green along with par of the hole and clock. It also offers a round timer and shot measurement - both fully controllable from the trolley handle, plus optional smartphone notifications.

App does not work with Samsung s22! Support is poor from both motocaddy and their 3rd party app creator now 3 weeks with no connectivity and unable to use the trolley to keep my scores or have the notifications come up on screen. This is a well documented issue as many other complaints on here from over 3 years ago now yet still a regular issue and no support! My advice don't buy motocaddy until they improve the customer services or fix poor product software Update 3 months on still no solution

Ive got to say this app is terrible, the problem is i could quite easily use a different app but i can't as i have a motocaddy trolley which it connects to, i am considering returning my m5 connect trolley as it simply struggles to run smoothly with the app and is not suitable for its purpose..

It's a little hit and miss. A bit fiddly getting it paired. But when it connects its accurate enough to reliably use. Just don't keep your phone in your pocket and walk away from the trolley :) The problem I experience is how long it takes to update and display the correct yardages. I find myself glancing at the 100 and 150 yard markers too often to check if the yardage on the trolley looks 'right'. Using the app on its own (without connecting) is simple, easy and accurate to use. 5 stars there.
