I have no notification sound of any type of message. I have contacted customer support multiple times. you can not upload pictures to your phone. everyone complains that they don't receive messages on time. I have received messages 2 days late frequently while others never have received them. look at other reviews on here. this app is garbage, and they know the issues but will never fix them.

This is the most atrocious work app I've ever used in my life. Nothing is properly organized to be able to find things quickly and easily, the dark theme doesn't include your messages so those are still bright white so God forbid I check my messages at night unless I wanna get absolutely blinded, the timeoff requests aren't put into a list and you have to scroll through the calender to see when you took off which isn't good for someone with memory issues, it crashes and freezes constantly, 0 ⭐️

Where do I begin. If you use the text option to download the Next app, this is NOT the app that you are given a download link to. This a problem, as if support is contacted, they will insist that THIS is the app you are supposed to be using instead, and will stop working with you. Edit: verification is now working, sometimes. Chat is completely broken. Can see drop downs for notifications, but when opened, always says chat is unavailable. Schedule is at least working, but that's it.
