For the people reading reviews from late 2023 early 2024, the library updated their app and so the old version was not working. If you have the updated version, it works great. There are a few user interface tweaks that would make it a little bit easier, but for the most part I find everything I'm looking for and can manage my account just fine from the app.

The app is functional but limited and slow. For instance, you can place holds easily, but it does not give you the status of your hold (in transit, pending, etc) and you cannot suspend holds. Update:4/12/23 you can now suspend holds in thr app, and it gives you the status of your holds. Upgrading my rating!

suspended holds really needs to be redone. it does not sync properly with libby - when I click a hold on my account that's suspended, it'll either tell me I can place a hold on it (which I already have) or that I can immediately check it out even though I'm not even next in line per libby. Also wish it would tell you # of days suspended. Would be nice to have the hold statuses improved (in general). I haven't tried placing a hold as I still prefer the older app, more basic and to the point
