This is new to our library. Easy to download but needs more clarity the first time signing in. It says "scan barcode." I looked all over trying to figure out what barcode. Called a friend, had her download it and she was puzzled as well. Turns out it wants the barcode off our individual library card. Why not say, "Scan library card barcode" next update and clarify that one can also enter their library card number. Once you are in, it is a great app.

This app 'kicks me off' every 5 months in that I have to put my card # in, phone number. Now its says its 'down' due to Author Service problems?! This app states: to contact my library for any problems. My library told me "the app is not thiers. We have no way of helping with it". Wow

Love the app. But I can't get it to work now. I got a new library card. But it won't let me enter the new one. Or sign out to create a new account. It says 'problem connecting with the library' any suggestions? I've tried reinstalling.
