About this app

The application is designed for employees of AWES pro registered companies.
scanner:
- scanning the QR code of the object allows the employee to: start the shift, start the lunch break, end the lunch break, end the shift. At the end of the shift, the employee's actual time worked will be counted in the statistics.
- the possibility to scan QR code is opened 30 minutes before the start of the shift. The shift start time depends on the scheduled time in AWES pro and not on the scanning time.
- shift cannot be started if the employee is at the wrong site or far away from the site.
- if you are up to 14 minutes late from the start of the shift, the system will allow QR code scanning but the actual shift time will be reduced to the actual time. The system will have the tardiness information.
- if you are more than 14 minutes late, the shift will be considered missed and the start of the shift is impossible. It is necessary to contact the responsible manager of the company to solve the situation.
The system will send you a reminder about the beginning of the shift 12 hours and 60 minutes before the start of the shift. 5 minutes before the start or end of the shift, it will ask you to scan the QR code.
