This app absolutely sucks. It replaced the EnelX app that ran my home charger and it's a nightmare. In addition to barely working on a good day, today on the login screen (after I was logged out for whatever reason and it doesn't use biometric or passkey or let my phone remember the password) the "forgot password" option is greyed out. I wish I knew how to just open up the charger to work any time and never look at this app again. Trash.

This is a bad app and the people publishing it should feel bad about publishing it. Every action within the app takes, and I'm not exaggerating, at least 10 seconds. Registering for the app took literally 10 minutes. OTP codes took at least a minute to come. Entering the button to submit the OTP code took at least 10 seconds. My JuiceBox charger does not seem to be registered in the app. I've used hundreds of Android apps, and this is almost certainly the worst.

Legitimately one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's as if they built the shell of an app, with menus, buttons and a search function, but didn't actually put any functionality behind any of it. Unusable. Their customer service goes to a seemingly unmonitored voicemail box. Neither calls nor emails have been answered, and it's been weeks. It's really unfortunate that Enel X customers were sold out to a clear scam of a company that's just left them hanging.
