This app absolutely sucks. It replaced the EnelX app that ran my home charger and it's a nightmare. In addition to barely working on a good day, today on the login screen (after I was logged out for whatever reason and it doesn't use biometric or passkey or let my phone remember the password) the "forgot password" option is greyed out. I wish I knew how to just open up the charger to work any time and never look at this app again. Trash.

Why is this app so bad. password must contain "special characters" add special characters, "contains disallowed characters". If you are only going to allow a period, tell us that the password must contain a period. I only know that because of review. have spent 10 minutes trying to setup account and failing. forgot password link not usable. Received email stating account was setup but when logging in, will not login with password used. then the reset password tells me that I dont have account.

This is a bad app and the people publishing it should feel bad about publishing it. Every action within the app takes, and I'm not exaggerating, at least 10 seconds. Registering for the app took literally 10 minutes. OTP codes took at least a minute to come. Entering the button to submit the OTP code took at least 10 seconds. My JuiceBox charger does not seem to be registered in the app. I've used hundreds of Android apps, and this is almost certainly the worst.
