They charge extra 20 tk tax or vat but there is no such charges in the restaurants, they also charge 20tk for delivery,,,, so total 40tk extra for an order,,,, whereas footpanda charges 12tk on average... I order 5/6 times a week, I used this app for a few times. Once I ordered and paid through bkash, then they called me up and was telling that the food was not available. They then charged me extra 10tk for another item over the total price.. I am totally dissatisfied and now using foodpanda.
