COTIS241, CONTRIBUTIONS FINALLY ORGANIZED

In Gabon, we contribute for everything. A wedding, a birthday, a funeral, a medical evacuation, the start of the school year, a family celebration. It's our way of supporting each other.

But managing it remains complicated. The list of names circulates on a crumpled piece of paper or in a WhatsApp group where everything gets lost. The same names are copied ten times. We no longer know who has paid and who has pledged. And on the day of the accounting, the accounts never add up.

COTIS241 replaces this list with clear, shared, and always up-to-date tracking.

CREATE A GROUP IN SECONDS

Choose the reason for the contribution: birthday, wedding, death, celebration, health, birth, school fees, project. Give it a title, set a
fundraising goal in CFA francs, and a deadline if you wish.

You decide how it works: an equal share for everyone, or a
free amount that each person contributes according to their means.

INVITE YOUR PARTICIPANTS

Each group receives a six-character invitation code. Share it
on WhatsApp in one tap: those with the app join
the group directly.

And for others, there's no problem. The treasurer can add
someone who doesn't have the app to the list and record their
contributions on their behalf. No one is left out.

EACH CONTRIBUTION IS DECLARED AND THEN VALIDATED

A member declares the amount they contributed, the date, and the method used:
Airtel Money, Moov Money, cash, or bank transfer. They can attach a photo
of the receipt or a screenshot of their transaction.

The treasurer reviews the declaration, verifies the supporting documents, and approves it.
The total updates immediately for everyone. Nothing is entered into the accounts without their approval.

EVERYONE SEES THE SAME THING

The progress bar shows the amount collected, the goal, and what still needs to be raised. The list of participants displays what each person has contributed. In fixed share mode, the application automatically calculates the remaining amount due to each member.

No more discussions about the numbers: they are always visible to everyone.

SHARE THE UPDATE IN ONE STEP

A button generates the complete summary, already formatted, ready to be pasted into your WhatsApp group. You can also print it or save it as a PDF for the final report.
