Unable to log in to the UP COP application. more then 5 to 6 dsys I am facing an issue logging in to the UP COP app as the OTP is not being received on my registered mobile number. I have tried multiple times, but the problem still persists. This is preventing me from accessing the services. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

This is very good that all services are online but there are major issues for mobile and web applications. Sometimes unable to login or apply for the document and upload the documents. Last 5 days, I am not getting the OTP to login the mobile app also other users. please resolve these issues permanently.

There are a lot of problems in this app. I have applied for a character certificate, got the documents verified from my police station, and I filled the form myself, now I want to check the status and download it with a mobile number.I can't log in because I'm not receiving an OTP on my mobile number. I did receive it when I applied.please tell me some solution what should I do
