This app. does not work!! I tried for Tenant verification upon submission of which I kept getting the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later. " in spite of entering all the required fields, it kept showing the error message. It doesn't mention what actually went wrong!! The Web application is equally useless! Upon clicking on Submit button, the application buffers for some time and lands in the same page, without highlighting the errors! plz provide an update.

This app is of no use, filled details for character certificate 6 times still not able to make payment, when paid through website twice still it showed payment pending, waited for more than 72 hours still nothing updated, when tried to proceed for payment through app it showed a blank black screen, went to cyber cafe their also faced this problem. There is no option for offline service. Now tell me what to do.

The app is not working properly since long, after entering all required data for police verification of employees, the payment link failed at the end and show message that " something went wrong with the internet, please try again later" I have tried to process from other mobile phones, through wifi, 4g, 5g etc but nothing happened. Same messages repeated continiously. Please check and help to resolve the issue.
