This basically a waste of time app. I tried to file a complaint for my lost passbook for first time everything seems right I submitted all the info that was needed. But after submission I got the finish window that says the signed copy is send to my registered email but I never got any email from them. I tried the same 3 times more but no email. Disappointed ☹️

Not worthy. after payment of 50.00 was sucessful and clicking on acknowledgement tab ,my phone screen became blank. After opening the app a acknowledgement came in pdf format. Upon opening the pdf it was blank letter head of upcop. No body lifts phone. No helpline. I think it is not worthy.
