Ratings and reviews

The apps helpful, however, being able to actually input less than $15 would be wonderful. I have a tight budget and having to do $15 each time doesn't help when there's no way to refund that money. Manage your app better, you'd have a better rating. People already use the broken dryers in the actual place, best you could do is at least give us a deposit button or give us less money to add.

This app will not open. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalled, nothing. it just sits on the blue screen logo page. I have contacted The Wash house via email. Still no fix. They need to reach out to the developer for a solution. This app used to be amazing! Now, it's not even an app if you can't open or use it.

The app was working great until the recent update. Now, somehow, the icons at the bottom gets in the way of my phone's Navigation Bar at the bottom of the screen and I can't access the app option.
