The apps helpful, however, being able to actually input less than $15 would be wonderful. I have a tight budget and having to do $15 each time doesn't help when there's no way to refund that money. Manage your app better, you'd have a better rating. People already use the broken dryers in the actual place, best you could do is at least give us a deposit button or give us less money to add.

I just downloaded the app, and the first thing I noticed is that you, in fact, cannot customize your own reload amount. The preselected options start at $15, but what if I only need to put $5, $8, or $14 (less than $15)? I'm a single person. I don't need to be loading $15+ every time. Where's the legit CUSTOMIZE option?? Not happy.

I use to love using this app it was very convenient and the end of the year doubled up when you add money but my stopped working for no reason. App won't work for me anymore.I reinstalled & uninstalle many times and purchased a new card twice. I tried to download the app through the message I received about you guys matching dollar for dollar this year still won't work 🤷🏻‍♀️. I cannot get the app to respond anymore and I missed out this year. veryVery disappointed customer..
