About this app

BIR is an app for choosing and buying an apartment in new developments in Uzbekistan.

• Developers and developments: companies, their ratings and buyers' reviews in one place.
• Unit grid: see which apartments on every block and floor are available, booked or sold.
• Prices and instalments: prices are shown in each development's own currency, and you can work out the down payment and monthly payment in advance.
• Buy in the app: verify your identity once with MyID and accept the contract in the app.
• My contracts: the contract document, the payment schedule and the payment history.
• Saved and notifications: save the apartments you like and get notices about your contracts and payments.

Browsing needs no account. A phone number is asked for only when you save or buy an apartment.
