About this app

Task Board is a mobile Kanban board for organizing your team's work. Create boards, assign tasks among employees, and receive SMS notifications about important events.

FEATURES

• Kanban boards: columns with WIP limits, drag-and-drop card transfer, labels, search, and filters ("My," "Overdue," and by assignee).

• Task cards: description, priority, due date, recurrence, multiple assignees, checklists, comments with @mentions, attachments, and change history.

• "My Tasks": all open tasks by due date, overdue ones highlighted.

• SMS notifications: task assignments, approaching due dates, reminders, and a daily digest—directly to your phone, even without internet access.

• Statistics for managers: open, overdue, and closed tasks, workload by employee.

• Administration: employee and role management, SMS templates, notification and activity log.

• Light and dark themes.

The roles of "employee," "manager," and "administrator" each have their own set of screens.

The app is designed for employees of organizations using the Office Board system. An account is assigned by your organization's administrator.
