Hello. I have a question. It was working well. But I recently updated the app as new update was available. And then all my history was deleted. How can I fix it ?

Hello. I changed my phone and installed Cardmo app ti new phone. And deleted this app from old phone. Now I can't enter Cardmon on new phone. I used the same number at both of phones. How can I enter to Cardmon on new phone?
