About this app

CleanERP is a management system built for laundries, carpet-cleaning plants and dry cleaners. It tracks an order from the moment it is collected from the customer until it is delivered back — all in one app.

EVERY ROLE SEES ITS OWN SCREEN

The app opens differently depending on the employee's role, so nobody sees buttons they don't need.

Operator — take phone requests, find customers automatically by number, assign a driver, schedule pickups for a later date.

Driver — two clear sections, "Pick up" and "Return". One-tap calling, address on the map, order creation in front of the customer, and a running total of the cash in hand plus road expenses.

Washer and finisher — the workshop queue, one large button to close a finished item, and automatic pricing once the measurement (m², kg, metre) is entered.

Manager — today's revenue, profit and order count, a weekly trend chart, income and expenses, driver cash confirmation, and payroll (salary + piece rate − advances).
