About this app

Kamizo is an app for apartment building residents and management companies. Everything that used to be resolved by calling the control room or visiting the management company's office is now available on your phone.

FOR RESIDENTS
- Requests to the management company — describe the problem, attach a photo, and track the status
- Chat with a dispatcher instead of calling
- Charges and invoices — what's charged this month and how the amount is calculated
- Announcements from the management company: water shutoffs, yard work, owners' meetings
- Management company marketplace — products and services from your management company
- Notifications about your request and important building events

FOR MANAGEMENT COMPANIES
- All resident requests in one feed, with history and status
- Responses to residents directly from the app
- Announcements for the entire building or a specific entrance
- Catalog of your own products and services
- Unified database of apartments and personal accounts

HOW TO GET STARTED
Access is granted by your management company: they register your apartment in the system and provide your login and password. If your building isn't yet connected to Kamizo, invite your management company to contact us.
