Something's always wrong. Constantly tells me there's no cartridges or something, some reason to not send the image to the printer. 7 out of 10 times I go to use it it doesn't work. Even if that number was 7 out of 10 times that it would work, that's still bad.. Great product, very cool, but figure it out because I'm sick of going to show it off, and get left with a prinker in my hand

HORRIBLE interface for creating custom tattoos. If you place a graphic, it puts it off of the screen and you can't even use it. If you create text, it's too tiny, and you cannot enlarge it properly. You should make the software by default just type the text in the 22mm width that the Prinker prints in. It should be as easy as a label maker, not the NIGHTMARE that it is. I have done graphic design for 24 years, and it's like you purposefully made things as hard as POSSIBLE! Work on it!
