Already annoying enough to require an app for a product that is nearly $400 but the app is slow and unresponsive. When uploading custom designs you are required to add tags but cannot write your own and all tags are displayed as "popular" until after selection which then changes them to one of the catergory names. Because of the limited tags the search function is useless. Searching "cat" yields few results though there are plenty of cat designs available. Absolutely shameful.

Something's always wrong. Constantly tells me there's no cartridges or something, some reason to not send the image to the printer. 7 out of 10 times I go to use it it doesn't work. Even if that number was 7 out of 10 times that it would work, that's still bad.. Great product, very cool, but figure it out because I'm sick of going to show it off, and get left with a prinker in my hand

My last review was removed so that should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Incredibly buggy app and tattoo machine. Custom tattoos dont print well and 90% of the ones in the app are so small it's ridiculous. Customer service is well aware of these issues but closes cases and calls them "resolved." Battery life is pathetic. I took this to a festival and it refused to bluetooth connect without internet! Now it says ink isnt in machine even though they are.
