App crashes all the time. Sometimes it will allow you to take pictures of the inspection. Load time is terrible! I spend more time waiting for this app to load, then loading or unloading. God forbid we can't work off line. Called help desk, just restart your phone and make sure you have service. I have a Galaxy note 20, with 5 bars of service, I ensure you its not phone!! Stay away from this app!!!!

I've been using this app for about 2 years. some minor bugs like vin verification scanner doesn't work on most VW and AUDI makes. document sizing for printing isnt correct and app has been crashing periodically for past 3 days. easy to use and take pictures of damage.

I have cricket wireless so the app tends to crash a lot, to the point where I cannot even keep it open for 2 seconds. I've learned if I refresh the app with wifi first, it usually holds up until the loads completed. Then it crashes again lol
