The app has issues pretty often but this is a small organization and the creators work hard to fix them and they listen to suggestions and complaints. No matter what I still like it better than Fisdap. I recommend a box in the future clinical shifts to add comments. For example I know beforehand that I will be showing up late to a clinical due to work shifts, and it would help to add that comment to a shift.

Hi Ms. Conklin, we definitely intend to add commenting capability to calendar events in the near future. Thank you for the compliments and feature suggestion.

In my original review I had pointed out some issues with the app and they were addressed and fixed within a week. Outstanding customer service!

Hi Rod,
We’re sorry that you’re having trouble with EMCE, though your challenges likely have more to do with the requirements set by your educators. We’d be happy to help answer any questions you may have through our normal support channels. It does not appear that you have reached out to us previously, so we hope you’ll get in touch.
What’s new
Everything's under control. Situation normal. Had a slight performance malfunction. But uh, everything is perfectly alright now. We're fine. We're all fine here now, thank you. How are you?
