This app is the biggest waste of time. As a service it's useless because it's unable to prescribe medications and near 100% of the time the advice from the people you chat with is to go see a real vet. Plus normally you have to pay to use it. I got a free trial and I still thought it was useless. As an app, it's horrible as it's not even designed for Android properly and doesn't let you use the back button on your phone, you need to click the back arrow within the app to actually navigate.

The service is not what I thought it would be. While I appreciate being able to chat with someone quickly, the advice was to still take my pet to a vet. I could have easily easily had that conversation with a vet over the phone. Also, the app constantly gives an message about internet being down and there's no clear way to cancel membership within the app. I really don't like that. Is that intentional? If so, you need to be respectful of your clients and give them an out.

I GIVE THIS APP ZERO STARS!!! I can't describe my experience or review this app because after it's installed and I open it.....it won't load. The app doesn't do anything, it's just frozen. I can't even get to the part to sign up for "Ask Vet." From the other reviews I'm not the only one this is happening to. They better look into fixing this problem because they are losing customers...me being one of them. Dumb.
