ALFARRASÍ INFO is an application of the Alfarrasí town hall, for communication and incident management in urban facilities and for citizen participation. It allows the citizens of Alfarrasí to directly notify the town hall in real time, various types of incidents, breakdowns or damage that can be found in the town.

A totally free service with which the citizen contributes to a better functioning of the municipal services, providing the technicians with the necessary information to maintain the good state of the municipality.

All incidents are registered, analyzed and forwarded to the responsible department. The registration of the incident is done by geolocation to determine the place of the incident.

The same application includes a section on local news and a calendar of municipal events and activities, a guide to businesses and telephone numbers of interest, and a section on surveys and suggestions.
