2. After selecting a vide, a new page would load for you to select options to use. You can specify the new frame rate you want to use and also specify if yu want to retain the current video length or not.
3. After specifying your options, then click on the Change Frame Rate Button. This would generate a new video file with your new frame rate.

Crashes when video is added, never install this app. My phone has 8gb ram there's no way this app crashes.

I was very happy, as it can lower the fps, until I realize that the app can't take more than 50mbps video. Or else it will crash

Didn't work. Decreased video quality too. And skipped parts of the video as well
