I have used connect service since 3 years. Internet speed is ok. But 5G connect very rare. secondly and the main issue is when the internet service is down due to some technical issue, I have to wait atleast 24-48 hours to reconnect the internet, means I lost my internet service for 1-2 days and that's is most concerning bcz my whole work depends upon internet.

Connect is not user-friendly, and there is a lack of clarity and detail. connect need to improve app experience, they may take reference from other app like Airtel
