This broadband connection stops working quite frequently due to technical glitch, and majority of time I have to suffer for long hours without internet due to their abrupt technical upgradation, without any prior notification, which can lasts for more than 12-14 hours. I've faced numerous issues with this internet connection, due to which my work has got impacted severely!

very bad network, internet hardly works for 10-15 days a month, rest of the days either internet is not working or some type of line error occurs, while calling on the helpline no. sometimes no one picks up the call or sometimes the number is showing not valid. on filing complaint they still take 2-3 days to resolve the issue
