0 ⭐ for the service. 1 ⭐ is for the app. experiencing frequent disruption in connectivity. had subscribed to this wired broadband to obvitae wireless related signal issues. However, every other Saturday the service goes out and doesn't come till Sunday or sometimes Monday. even the network speed is below the promised speed. with upload and download speeds having lot of gap. The app is not that great, either. Slow to load and lot of room for improvement.

This broadband connection stops working quite frequently due to technical glitch, and majority of the time I have to suffer for long hours without internet due to their abrupt technical upgrade, without any prior notification. The app itself is useless, the only thing you can do is to pay your bill. You cannot even file a complaint because if you try to you'll get the message saying connection is down due to maintenance. And once the timer for the maintenance is about to be up, they extend it.

The Connect broadband is a genuine device. It gives the maximum usage to their users. The speed of browsing is extremely very good. There's no buffering while on YouTube. Unlimited data for browsing will be provided. Now move on to its price, there is a cheap price for general usage. If users want broad benefits more upgrade packages are available. Further, moving to services, they are standing on the customer's merits. Their services will always be tried to sort out the problems of end user.
