Ratings and reviews

It was my favorite app before. But now, I can't seem to use it properly. Is this app region-dependent? Before, I just use the app as is. Then a week ago, I need to use VPN just to use this. But now, it doesn't work anymore even with VPN. Willing to put a good review if there is a fix on this.

I'm sorry.. I wanna use this app, seems like it always update and good app. But i can't read hangul, and there's no setting to translate it to roman version, so I can't use this app
