About this app

VisorUS Payroll is the employee app for the VisorUS system. From your phone, you can clock in and out, view your pay stubs, and submit requests for leave, vacation, and sick leave, all without having to visit the Human Resources office.

ATTENDANCE RECORDING
• Geofence verification: The app verifies that you are within the area authorized by your company when you clock in.

Local network verification: Register your attendance by connecting to your workplace's network.

• Record clock-in, clock-out, lunch break, and return from lunch.

• Confirm your identity with your fingerprint or by unlocking your device.

• Set reminders so you don't forget to clock in.

PAY SLIPS
• View and download your pay stubs whenever you need them.

Review your pay history without having to request it by email.

LEAVE, VACATIONS, AND SICK LEAVE
• Submit your requests from the app and check their status.
• Report absences with the information requested by your company.

• Review the details and resolution of each request.

YOUR INFORMATION
• View your daily logs and your clock-in/clock-out history.

• Review your personal and employment information, as well as your benefits.

• Receive payroll notifications and information about your requests.

TERMINAL MODE FOR WORKPLACES
In addition to personal use, the application can function as a time clock terminal in a branch: it allows you to capture fingerprints with a biometric reader connected to the computer and receive clock-ins sent by employee applications over the local network.

ACCESS
You need an account provided by your company. You can log in with your access code or by scanning the QR code provided by your administrator. The application is not available to users without a company registered with VisorUS.

PERMISSIONS WE USE
• Location: to validate clock-ins using geofencing at the time of registration.

• Camera and gallery: to scan your access QR code and attach images when required by a request.

• Notifications: for payroll alerts, requests, and clock-in reminders.

• Biometrics: to confirm your identity when clocking in.

VisorUS Payroll is part of VisorUS ERP.
