Did you know that if your heart stops or your breathing stops, you only have 4-8 minutes before you die while it is very difficult for an ambulance to be on the scene during this time?

Every year in Vietnam, tens of thousands of people die due to not being properly and promptly supported by relatives, colleagues or people around when an accident occurs.

Having the right first aid awareness can help ease your pain and speed up your recovery, and in many cases, you can take care of yourself, which means fewer visits to the hospital and less risk of infection. In an emergency, you can help the victim survive while they wait for medical help, which can take a long time to arrive. Saving people is not difficult, be the hero of your loved ones with first aid skills.

In addition to the certificate of completion, you also receive a variety of materials to help you review and memorize such as notebooks, videos, mobile apps and more so you are always ready for emergencies.

The program was designed by an Australian paramedic specialist - Mr. Tony Coffey with more than 30 years of experience in training, out-patient first aid and water rescue.
