Write a SOAP note in two minutes between clients, and keep every record on your own device.
Built for therapists who work on their own: massage therapists, physical therapists and physiotherapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists. Chart the visit, mark where it hurts, collect intake and consent with a real signature, and print a clean record when a client, an insurer or a lawyer asks for one.
No account, no sign-up. Your records stay on your phone or tablet — never on a server. Lock the app with your fingerprint, face unlock or its own passcode, and make encrypted backups you keep yourself — in a cloud drive folder or anywhere you choose.
WRITE FASTER
• SOAP, SOAP with goals, DAP, CARE or narrative treatment notes, with prompts written for your profession
• Copy last note in one tap, then edit what changed
• Quick phrases for the words you type every day, plus your own abbreviations
• Technique, area and home-care chips instead of typing
• Compose turns your body chart marks and techniques into a first draft you edit
SHOW WHERE IT HURTS
• A body chart with front, back, spine and face views — or your own picture, for horses, dogs or a dental chart
• Twelve charting symbols you can rename and recolor, plus text labels like TrP or ↓ROM
• Pain before and after the visit, with last visit's marks shown faintly for comparison
• Draw freehand with your finger or a stylus, pinch to zoom
