About this app

IRWorks is a digital workspace for businesses — where internal bulletin boards, messaging, calendars,

approvals, and employee contacts are all in one app, after a single login.

Instead of installing multiple separate apps, employees open IRWorks and see exactly what the company has enabled for them.

── COMPANY LOGIN ──
• Log in with your company-provided account — entering your business domain accesses the correct workspace.

• Supports both cloud and in-house versions on your own infrastructure.

• Save multiple workspaces on the same device and switch between them with a single touch.

• Stay logged in across app openings; proactive logout clears the session on the device.

── HOME PAGE ──
• Summary of today's important tasks: requests awaiting your approval, upcoming events, and updates.

• Customizable widget panel — choose exactly what you need to see at the start of the day.

• Paginated app store right on the home page, quick access to all modules.

── INTERNAL NEWS BULLETIN ──

• Post text, photos, videos, and polls; tag colleagues.

• Five emotes, comments with reply threads, save posts for later reading, hide uninterested posts.

• Moments — share photos of the day, displayed at the top of the news bulletin.

• Each post has its own audience: company-wide, departmental, or private.

• Individual member profiles: posted posts, moments, tagged posts, saved posts.

── MESSAGES ──

• Channels, groups, and private 1:1 messages, real-time updates.

• Reply to threads with inboxes of threads being followed — don't miss any conversation threads.

• Add emotes to messages (including company-specific emojis), send files and images.

• Search messages, group conversations by category, mark as unread, save important messages.

• No need for a separate chat account — share the same identity with the rest of IRWorks.

• View by month, week, day, and to-do list.

• Create, edit, and delete events directly on your phone; filter by event type.

• Set reminders before events, send directly to your device.

• Invite participants individually or by department, with response status.

• Automatically display milestones from other modules (birthdays, bulletin board events) in the same calendar.

• Submit requests according to the configured company type: leave, business trips, expenses, general proposals…

• Dynamic forms for each request type — no need to fill out paper or send emails.

• Multi-level approval chain, running sequentially according to company configuration.

• Approvers process requests directly on their phones; all actions are recorded in a complete history.
