PRUonline is the official application, dedicated to customers with many attractive features and utilities of Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Company. The updated August 20, 2018 version of the PRUonline app allows eligible customers to apply for the PRUrewards program.

Through the PRUonline application, customers will:
+ Easily manage your Life Insurance policy status anytime, anywhere with just simple steps
+ Fast and secure online premium payment for one or more contracts at the same time
+ Easy to change contact information for one or more contracts at the same time

Updated version on 20/08/2018, PRUonline application allows customers to register for PRUrewards  program - this is Prudential's first loyalty program in which customers are empowered to actively choose gifts and offers, through the PRUonline Customer Portal, on both website and mobile app.

Customers eligible to participate in PRUrewards program will be invited to participate in PRUrewards program in 3 levels of loyalty: Gold, Platinum, Diamond (*)
- Easily register at PRUonline Customer Portal on website and mobile app
- Easily get bonus points when paying insurance premiums or on birthdays
- Actively exchange points for various gifts/incentives in the list of prestigious partners of PRUrewards such as Lazada, CGV, Grab, Mobile World, Vinmart...

I tried to download the contracts. The app brang me to a website of Prudential and ask ed for a code. I could not copy the contract ID, which is quite inconvienient. Finally, when I entered the lengthy code, the app crashed. That happened consistently. Also, I tried to view my transaction history but the app took forever to load. This app is a joke.

no English how can I use it? there was no option to change the language 🤔 or I use my magic 🧙‍♀️🪄

Just wanna try to have an access with my insurance account,but how can i open the app when its written in another language?? Hope you have an english version if it.
