General introduction
A bailiff is a person who meets the standards appointed by the State to serve, establish a diploma, verify conditions for civil judgment execution, and organize civil judgment enforcement in accordance with law.
- Service: is the notification, delivery and receipt of papers, documents, and documents re-delivered by the Department in accordance with regulations, including: Papers, records, documents of the Court, People's Procuracy, civil judgment enforcement agency; Papers, dossiers and documents related to mutual legal assistance in the civil domain of foreign competent agencies.
- Establish degrees nationwide at the request of individuals, agencies or organizations.
Violation means a document recording a real event or act directly witnessed and made by an officer at the request of an individual, agency or organization in accordance with law. Evidence is a source of evidence for the Court to consider when resolving civil and administrative cases according to the provisions of law; is a basis for transactions between agencies, organizations and individuals according to the provisions of law.
- Verify judgment execution conditions at the request of the involved parties.
The bailiff has the right to verify the judgment execution conditions that fall under the enforcement competence of the civil judgment enforcement agencies in the province-level where the Rector's Office is located.
When verifying the conditions for judgment execution, the Court has the right to verify outside the province level where the Thua Giay Office is located.
