app requires MANDATORY access to phone, contact, storage, device info.... before it can be used. the app refuse to function if these permission are denied. these permissions appears unnecessary for core banking. especially since iOS version doesn't require equipment permission

Why this app need to read my contact, make a phone call permissions while other banks in VietNam don't need these permissions? Why? Why?

This app is not good. I've problem wt this app (face checking for transfer) in the urgent time. The quality of app is not align with the bank's reputation.
