GieoChữ is an assistant for tutors — it consolidates attendance, tuition fees, and parent reports in one place, replacing notebooks and scattered messages.

Ideal for busy teachers, not necessarily tech-savvy. Completely in Vietnamese, ready to use right out of the box.

ONE-TOUCH ATTENDANCE
Open the class, and everyone is automatically present — if someone is absent, just tap once, and the reason is recorded. At the end of the session, quickly record "what was taught today, instructions" to send to parents.

COLLECT ALL TUITION FEES
Those who have paid simply tick a box, and the app automatically knows who hasn't. Supports 3 payment methods: monthly, per session (calculated automatically based on attendance), or per course. Individual pricing for each child is also available.

DISCREET TUITION REMINDERS
The app creates pre-written reminders with the child's name and the amount due. Teachers can send these privately to each parent via Zalo – no group reminders. The app remembers who receives the reminder, avoiding duplicate reminders.

INDIVIDUAL CHILDREN'S REPORTS
Report cards include the child's name, number of sessions, attendance, and a message from the teacher. Sent privately to each parent via Zalo – preserving the children's privacy.

MAKE-UP CLASS SCHEDULE & CLASSES
View the entire month's classes in one screen. Report missed sessions, schedule make-up classes, and receive reminders for missed sessions.

TAX & BUSINESS REGISTRATION
Calculate income tax from tutoring and create Form 09/KK-TNCN for teachers to refer to when self-declaring. Export accounting records to Excel when needed.
