Taxi advertising supports drivers and field staff in carrying out advertising campaigns on their vehicles.
Key features:
• Self-submit registration using full name, phone number, self-chosen password, vehicle information, ride-hailing platform, QR code for payment, and proof of active platform; no company code/invitation code required, and no waiting for administrator approval.
• View the correct vehicle and assigned run period.
• Take check-in photos from requested angles and send them along with time and location.
• Capture and record odometer readings for distance verification.
• Temporarily save data when the network is down and automatically resend it when the connection is stable.
• Record the journey during the campaign's operating hours, even when the screen is off or switching to another application, provided the user has agreed and granted appropriate location permissions.
• Receive notifications about work schedules or photos that need to be retaken.
The app allows drivers to publicly submit their profiles. Profiles must be approved by an administrator before the account becomes active and before the driver is assigned a vehicle. The bank account QR code is only used to set up payment information for advertising work; the app does not transfer money, display ads, or make in-app purchases.
Background location is only used to record the vehicle's route during the trip. While recording the trip, Android displays a permanent foreground service notification. Users can refuse background location permission or withdraw consent within the app; this will stop background location recording, while check-in and odometer functions remain available.
Users can request account deletion in the Profile screen or at https://adtracker.evovi.vn/account-deletion. Requests must be completed within 30 days; some campaign and audit records may be retained when required by law.
