About this app

VN Air is an application researched and developed by the Northern Center for Environmental Monitoring under the General Department of Environment - Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Air pollution is receiving a great deal of attention from the community. The deterioration of air quality has and is having direct effects on human health.
In response to the urgent request on the General Department of Environment, the environmental quality has been published, including information on the air environment quality on the media, websites ... To transmit With more effective information, the Vietnam Environment Administration continues to develop a VN Air application on mobile devices to publish information online about air quality nationwide to the community.

With data source exploited from monitoring results of continuous automatic air environment monitoring stations managed by the Vietnam Environment Administration and environmental monitoring stations by local Departments of Natural Resources and Environment. Management, after going into operation, Envisoft application will be the official information channel of the central environmental management agency.
VN Air provides the following functions:
- Provide information on environmental quality index (AQI) of automatic monitoring stations nationwide
- Display of the current hour and date air quality index (AQI); provide a chart of changes in AQI values ​​of previous hours and days; make health recommendations corresponding to the AQI values;
- Selection of regularly interested monitoring stations according to geographical area;
- Ranking of air quality according to monitoring stations.
