Secure chat, protect identity
- Avoid revealing identity to users:
- Protect identity when fw messages, take screenshots
- When joining a public group (open/closed) don't want to reveal your identity
- Build a separate identity for each participating community group
- Protect private chats
- Protect important and private chats such as passwords, bank codes, transaction information, .. with a secure vault mechanism and a security key.
- Anti-edit, delete evidence chats: purchase chats, order confirmations, transactions, debts, .. when both parties agree
- Automatically delete messages after a certain period of time

Ratings and reviews

Terrible experience overall. Can't log in Lotus browser, because it required me to scan a qr. However lotus chat itself can't scan that qr because "the format isn't supported". Can't send over prerecorded audio files, lotus chat doesn't register anything besides pictures. The contents suggested to me are all mainstream and boring. Don't ever use this.

Worst chat app I have ever used. Dont waste your time on it. It's a flagrantly copied version of Telegram with bad experience such as login error (not receiving OTP), high response time for old message, missing old message, missing push notification, stupid auto scaling window, hard to add an user to a group and too many other annoying errors…

- Tinh chỉnh luồng nhận OTP khi Đăng ký/ Đăng nhập
  + Cung cấp số Hotline giúp người dùng có thể chủ động gọi lên tổng đài để nhận OTP
  + Cung cấp OTP bằng các hình thức: SMS, Email, Cuộc gọi, giúp người dùng dễ dàng truy cập và sử dụng
  + Giới hạn số lần đăng nhập thành công tối đa 10 lần/ tài khoản/ ngày
  + Làm mới giao diện giúp gia tăng trải nghiệm của người dùng
