About this app

Fleetwork CTMS Driver is an application for drivers of transportation companies using the Fleetwork CTMS transportation management platform. All shift tasks are consolidated into one application: trip acceptance, delivery, vehicle tracking, and expense reporting.

DELIVERY BY STOP
• View deliveries, categorized by Today, Upcoming, and History
• Update the status of each stop: Started, Arrived, Completed, or Failed
• Quickly call the recipient and open the route on the map

DELIVERY RECEIPT (POD)
• Recipient signs directly on the screen
• Take a photo of the package and seal it, and record the recipient's name
• GPS location is attached to the delivery receipt

START DAY VEHICLE INSPECTION
• Reminder to record the odometer reading at the start of the workday
• Take a photo of the odometer; AI automatically reads the mileage and warns of any abnormal readings
• 5-item safety checklist: tires, brakes, lights and horn, oil and water, vehicle documents

GPS LOCATION DURING SHIFT
• Turn on "On Shift" to send location to the department Coordination Section
• When signal is lost (port, tunnel), the location is saved and automatically sent when network is restored.

• Location is only used when the application is open; tracking is not done outside of working hours.

EXPENSES AND INVOICES

• Create expense invoices per shipment or vehicle expense.

• Capture fuel or toll invoices; AI automatically fills in the amount, invoice number, and item.

• Track the approval status of each invoice.

INCIDENTS AND SOS

• Quickly report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, cargo incidents, or SOS.

• Attach your current location for timely assistance.

OTHER

• Vietnamese and English interface.

• Automatically delete your account within the application.
