SUPPORT FOR FREE RE-EXAMINATION

After examination, if the patient is not satisfied with the examination process, consultation and treatment plan of the doctor, the system will support the patient to meet the doctor again for a more detailed examination and consultation if the patient's request is assessed by us as legitimate and appropriate.
Patients are supported with free examination (excluding testing and medication costs) with another doctor in the same specialty if we find that the patient's request is legitimate and appropriate.

However, we have the right to refuse the patient's request for free re-examination support, if we find that the request is inappropriate or unjustified.
