TRIP BOOK — Electronic Order Book for Bus Companies

Every bus company starts with a handwritten dispatch book. The Trip Book digitizes that book: booking, dispatching, trip tracking, and revenue and expenditure reconciliation — all on your phone. Suitable for shared rides, limousines, fixed-route buses, or contract buses — whether your fleet is 2 or 50 vehicles.

The application works with the web-based management platform at https://xe16cho.xmap.vn — bus company registration and account creation are done on the web system, while the application allows bus company owners, drivers, and passengers to operate directly on their phones.

FOR PASSENGERS
• Book a ride quickly via the app or scan the ride-hailing company's QR code
• Track the vehicle's location live on the map, know when the vehicle is about to pick you up
• Message and call the driver directly within the app
• View trip history, rebook familiar trips with just a few taps

FOR DRIVERS
• Receive trip orders, confirm pick-up/drop-off with a single swipe
• Step-by-step navigation with an accurate Vietnam map
• Light/dark interface mode for day and night driving

• Track income by day, week, and month

FOR BUS COMPANY OWNERS
• Monitor all vehicles in operation on a live map

• Coordinate schedules, assign vehicles, manage seating charts by vehicle type

• Verify collected/uncollected tickets directly on your phone

Maps and navigation run on Vietnam's map data infrastructure — standard Vietnamese street names, new route data.
