Requirements

Easy Connect hardware is needed (often called NMEA Gateway). Many boats from 2018 and later have Bluetooth hardware pre-installed. For automatic data syncing, Easy Connect Wi-Fi hardware and onboard Wi-Fi are required.

Does not work, requires Easy Connect interface type to setup boat but selection screen is blank so you get stuck at setup. This thing has been junk since I bought it, Apple or Android...both stink. So much for the 100's of $'s spent on purchase and installation.

This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. VP should be ashamed. If it worked reliably it would be so useful. VP spend lots of time saying how good it is, happily take customers money for the hardware then don't give the customer anything. If you ask for technical help they brush you off to the poor dealer who can't really make a marginally working app work.

Once I followed the instructions I found on line, easy peasy. My strong recommendation is to include the 1 sheet of instructions or provide clear instructions where to get them. Second try and it worked! Data you get is limited on a non-EVC engine but info you get is valuable: RPM, OIL PSI, TEMP, and HOURS. I learned I had a bad tach which caused one engine to run faster and burn 2gph more than other, now corrected, that the hours are same and match the good tach, temps are good...etc!😃👍
